1. Returns


. We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. 

. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and with all tags 

. Returns will always be inspected 

 

2. Exchange

. Due to limited stock we do not offer size exchanges 

. To return an item, you will need to return the original item and purchase a new one. 

 

3. Refund process

. Do send your order number, reason for the return  and any relevant details such as          
. Once your return is approved we will send you info on the return process                                  
. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after we have received the item                  

. All refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase 

 

4. Shipping costs 

. Customers are responsible for the cost of a return unless there is an error on our side

. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for any damaged or incorrect items and a replacement or full refund once the item is inspected by us
